About Us
Our Story
We began our ocean adventures in 2008 in Southern California where we began sailing and living aboard our 38' Catalina S/V "Mañana". After 4 years of preparation, we set our sails for Hawaii and after 23 days we arrived at our new home. 2 years later we continued our sail to French Polynesia, later returning to Hawaii to start our family. After 8 years in Hawaii, we continued our adventures in Alaska. Now after 4 years of enjoying everything that Alaska has to offer, we want to share what we love about our home with those who want to experience it.
Our Boat
M/V Morning Mist is a 32 Nordic Tug and is our family boat. She is fully equipped with head, galley and comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 4 children. Nordic Tugs are not fast boats and are perfect for slowing down to enjoy Alaska and its beauty.
The Captain
Originally from Montana, Capt. Jason Bell has always had an appetite for adventure. After 5 years in the Marine Corps, including 2 tours in Iraq, he turned his attention toward the ocean. 16 years and over 10,000 nautical miles later, he is eager to share his love of the ocean with others.

Boat Rates
Our rates are for the boat and captain. You will have the freedom to use the boat and its equipment however you choose to get the most out of your Alaska adventure.

There is always something different to experience in Alaska, and no two trips are the same. We cannot guarantee seeing whales or catching fish (wildlife is unpredictable), but we do promise that if you are open to what Alaska has to offer, you will not be disappointed.
